Crowned Bartender of the Year 1997, Ethan went on to craft the world’s most expensive cocktail ($35,000) and was handpicked to design cocktails for the wedding of Crazy Rich Asians star Henry Golding.

Over the years, his artistry and innovation have been sought after by luxury houses including Rolex, Chanel, and Rolls-Royce, where he continues to redefine the intersection of gastronomy, design, and bespoke experiences.
