☑​ I agree that in case of delay, my reservations (or session) will be held for 5 minutes only, In the events of me, my guest (s) or any related party in this booking representative no-show for more than 5 minutes, my booking will be forfeited and charge a late cancellation fee of S$30 per person (S$120 per person for Special Degustation Menu) and total values of the add-on (if any).

☑​ I agree that once booking is confirmed, any cancellation/changes of date/time made will only be allowed 24 hours (48 hours for Special Degustation Menu / Special Events/including all the booking made inside 48 hours) prior to the booking date/time via "Online" or my booking will be forfeited and charge a late cancellation fee of S$30 per person (S$120 per person for Special Degustation Menu) and total values of the add-on (if any), changes/cancellation via "Phone Call" is invalid.

☑​ I agree that once booking is confirmed, any changes to number of pax can only be done so after booking cancellation, such action must be made 24 hours (48 hours for Special Degustation Menu / Special Events/ including all the booking made inside 48 hours) prior to the booking date/time via "Online" or my booking will be forfeited and charge a late cancellation fee of S$30 per person (S$120 per person for Special Degustation Menu) and total values of the add-on (if any), changes via "Phone Call" is invalid.

☑​ I agree that Special Events may collect ticketing fees in advance.

☑​ I agree that Dining Hours is 120 mins, subject to availability and at the discretion of the management.

☑​ I agree to pay S$30 per person (S$120 per person for Special Degustation Menu) for any missing number of guest (s) that is fails to arrive in this reservation.

☑​ I agree that booking without indicating number of pax is invalid and S$20.00 handling fees apply.

☑​ I agree that any special requests are subject to availability and at the discretion of the management of 85 Amoy.

☑​ I agree that by making this reservation, I am subscribing to digital marketing outreach.

☑​ I agree that the Management of 85 Amoy reserves all the rights to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice.
